Recycled art for world oceans dayThere are many people sharing wonderful information on how to lead a greener life all around the blogosphere.

Some help us reduce waste, watch our water conservation or reduce energy consumption. Others help us take care of our health naturally or share positive stories to uplift and inspire us.

Here are three stories that I love from this week!

World oceans day

To celebrate World Oceans Day, Kasey got stuck into a beautiful recycled art project, pictured above.

The background was made from a tile found at her local recycling centre, the origami fish were cut from flyers and all the paints, makers and glue were from her artists stash at home.

Her work of art cost her the grand total of £0 and I think you’ll agree, it looks stunning.

Natural weed killers

Fed up of weeds in your garden, but want to deal with them organically? Find out how to use vinegar, salt and other household ingredients to deal with them naturally over on Tipnut.

Herbs for beauty

Sarah Irani from Eco salon shares 15 herbs for natural beauty to add to your natural beauty routine.

Use rosemary as a hair rinse, chamomile and thyme for a gentle cleanser for oily skin and aloe vera to soothe inflamed skin. You’ll find some lovely home made recipes for natural toiletries.

Have you found a ‘must share’ green story this week?
