		<description>This tomato soup was VERY good!  We have loads of tomatoes in our tomato patch, and I used about 5 large, peeled tomatoes instead of tinned with thyme and freshly picked basil, chicken stock, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper and it was superb, but we will wait until tomorrow to eat it.  I only tasted it.  Definite keeper!</description>
