Regarding Mr Green's stomach; well it sure is loud at the moment LOL! but it's not causing him any pain or cramping at all. 

He says that he does feel hungry, but it's not a gnawing or painful hunger. He is into his second week now and feeling less hungry than the first week - we assume that this is because his stomach has shrunk a little.

There has been no nausea, pain, diarrhoea, wind, indigestion or constipation - everything is working great, but as I said, a little gurgly from time to time.

What is your diet like at the moment; are you planning a change?</description>
