I read on your bio that you struggled with anemia before you went on the raw diet. Can you tell me what you eat to keep up your iron levels? Also, do you think it is possible to be healthy on a raw diet without nuts?

		<description>Mr. Green should definitely try increasing his raw fruit intake.  While tender greens are great, they do not provide much in the way of calories.  Sweet fruits are much more satiating and are a much better source of fuel.
