vodafone’s world of difference campaign
Hands up who loves the idea of volunteering, but doesn’t have time to do it, due to work constraints?

Vodafone have come up with the perfect solution with their fabulous World of Difference Campaign.

The Vodafone Group Foundation is searching for four passionate people in the UK, to put their jobs on hold for a year and take their skills and passion to work for their favourite charities. Through the World of Difference programme, the Foundation will pay four individuals up to £25,000 towards their outgoings as well as £20,000 in expenses.

As long as the organisation is a UK based charity, you can choose where you volunteer and who you volunteer for. This is your chance for an ethical year, supporting eco friendly or sustainable charities in the process.

You could make a difference to the natural world and some of the people and animals in it depending on where you choose to donate your time and energy. You could help poverty stricken communities to become more self sufficient or make positive changes to preventing more climate change.

Nearly 41% of people feel that offering more time to charity would boost their job and life satisfaction. But 70% of people said they didn’t feel that they could financially give up their jobs to do charitable work.

This is a perfect win-win situation for all in which you can really make a world of difference.
