peace lily; useful for removing indoor air pollutionHouse plants aren’t just pretty things people buy you when you move house. They contain some great qualities, including breathing in carbon dioxide during the day and breathing out oxygen.

This can help you feel energised and prevents the air getting stagnant.

The EPA state that indoor air pollution is up to 5 times more than outdoor, so we have to do all we can to improve the air in our homes. This will help us to be healthier and happier. Here’s where houseplants can really earn their keep!
