@Wilson Pon: Hi Wilson! You are doing really well with your lightbulbs. We're very happy with our new LEDs and I'm so much more aware of turning them off when I'm not in the room because they are running on solar panels. You learn to value the energy, especially when it has been bad weather for a few days!

Mr. Green and Mrs. Green, I'm currently using the neutral type of LEDs for my home lighting system. For you information, the life span of a neutral LED light is about 100,000 hours, which is ten times or more than the Halogen light bulbs!

@Wilson Pon: Hello Wilson Pon, thanks for your comment. The initial outlay of LEDs is more expensive (at the moment) but in the long term, you will actually end up saving money. Not only in lower electricity usage, but also you will not have to buy replacement LED bulbs for several years.

Great you hear you are saving 60% on the bills already. What sort of LEDs do you have? are they cool white, neutral, or warm white. It's interesting to hear how people get on with LEDs as the character of light is very different...

Mrs. Green, I've changed my house lighting system from the ordinary fluorescent lamps to the LED lamps. Believe it or not, it helps me to save up to 60 percent of electricity bill each month!
