bochica-affordable-ethical-fashionRecently, I was contacted by Emily; founder of Bochica - an affordable, ethical fashion retailer.

Bochica was born out of a love of fashion, the planet and those living on the planet.

Named after the South American god of morals, Bochica’s spring / summer collection boasts desginers such as Bibico, Kuyichi and Komodo as well as home grown talent from Terra Plana and Miksa.

Sustainable fashion

Emily believes that fashion should be either sustainable, organic or fairtrade as well as being affordable.

Her vision is that one day all fashion manufacturers will trade ethically, all shoppers will be buying ethically, which means it must be accessible to one and all!

Being the pioneer of this vision, Emily’s collection starts at just £8 and she offers ladies and men’s clothing, footwear and accessories to suit every style and budget.

Ethical consumerism

Emily says “Despite the difficult economic climate, ethical fashion has seen continued growth as consumers are now choosing very carefully where to spend their money.

“At Bochica we are proud to offer affordable yet wearable brands, making the ethical fashion accessible for everyone.”

Well, we can’t argue with that! Now you know where to shop for the latest fashion trends that won’t damage your conscience or your bank balance. I’m loving the light, floaty dresses for this summer season.

What about you? Where do you shop for affordable, ethical fashion?
