What sort of soap do you use? If it's an eco friendly one, then there is no problem at all using it on plants. If you are at all concerned then you could reserve it for non-edible plants such as flowers or your lawn.

It's a great reason to switch to eco friendly products :) As long as the water is not too greasy then there will be no problems.</description>
