Fresh potatoes are so much better. The few that we grew were incredible. We used some of the CSA red potoates that had sprouted. When we harvested, we cooked them immediately in salted water. I can't wait to eat them tonight! Our potato-growing attempts didn't go so well for us, but we did it over the winter. We're hoping for better yields from the ones going now.
