But until the weather warms up for the year, you can still enjoy beautiful butterflies around your home, thanks to Fair Trade company, Fairwind.

To celebrate Fairtrade fortnight, Martin and Teresa from Fairwind  are giving away a FREE butterfly window decoration or fridge magnet for every £10 spent. The more you spend, the more butterflies you will find fluttering into your home!

Fairwind is full of beautiful gift ideas from door stops and draught excluders to jewellery to home furnishings and stunning hand made cards.

In 20007, Fairwind were a finalist in the Best Local Retailer category at the prestigious Observer Ethical Award. They are a member of BAFTS, which means you can trust their ethical policies.

Martin and Teresa source most of their products from the developing world, either directly or through fair trade wholesalers in the UK. They try to ensure that their producers use materials from sustainable resources.

In addition, they recycle and use recycled products and packaging where possible. They support the conservation efforts of the World Wide Fund for Nature by donating 10% of the proceeds from the sale of all of their elephant products.  The elephant bell hanging is my favourite!

Why not have a browse of their stunning range of products, share the love during Fairtrade week and allow some beautiful butterflies into your home?
