Happy Full moon in Aries

Aries by Josephine WallHappy full moon in Aries. I’m dedicating this post to my good Aries friend who always finds the beauty, child-like wonder and innocence in any situation in her life.

During the Aries full moon we can tap into the child within – the part of us that lives from a place of love and innocence, that part of us that has unquestioning faith and belief that everything is, and will be, ok.
The determination of the moon in Aries encourages us to tap into a powerful source of courage and stamina to rise again from any setbacks we may face. During the harvest of this full moon we can release our ego, sift through the elements of self, both long-standing and newly acquired and retain that which serves purpose while leaving the rest behind.

These is a good time to spiritually and physically cleanse ourselves of all those elements in our life which no longer work for us and to use the pioneering, and ambitious energies of Aries to take those leaps of faith and re-create our lives in a way which is more beneficial for us.

Your role and goals in life may seriously come into question today. If you did relationship work on the new moon in Libra, then this is the night to realise the harvest of your sowing; to birth the plans you have been gestating over the past two weeks and to manifest the potential that you initiated with the new moon.

The moon has no light of its own, it merely reflects the light of the sun – the reflection of the moon tonight asks “How do I co-operate with others?” and you have the opportunity to learn how to share, bring people together in harmony and how to intervene diplomatically instead of making forcible demands on others.

Meditation for full moon in Aries:

Imagine a red ball of fire travelling to anywhere in your body or life that seems to need healing or energising.
As this ball spins, challenge any blocked energy or suppressed anger to surface.
Ask the anger to emerge over the next few days in a form and rate at which you can handle.
Close with the affirmation: “I release any anger that is toxic to me.”

Strange…my best friend committed suicide on the 16th of December in 2008. I didn’t find out until the 18th. I just happened to stumble upon this article tonight. Noticing the date…
