Naturity pure personal care products
It’s not often I find personal products that come up to my high standards! From making my own products in the past I’m pretty fussy when it comes to ingredients.
However, Naturity tick all the boxes!
Located in New Jersey, Naturity use 99-100% certified organic ingredients and what really excites me is the number of ingredients in each products: They keep things to an absolute minimum and they are not unlike ingredients you would use yourself at home!
Natural by name, natural by nature
Naturity have developed a small range of basic personal care products for body, bath, mothers and babies which offer the best shelf-life without any additional chemical preservatives.
However, Naturity’s passion doesn’t stop there. Not only do they care about producing top quality, natural, safe and effective products, but they care about the environment too. They employ socially and environmentally-friendly business practices by purchasing ingredients from USDA certified organic, sustainable suppliers.
Cruelty free beauty
Naturity are a cruelty-free company, Leaping Bunny certified, a Campaign for Safe Cosmetics approved Compact Signer, and a member of the Organic Trade Association.
Their products have been reviewed by the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep Database and all 33 products reviewed have received zero toxicity ratings which means they are completely safe for use on humans. All products are vegan friendly except the diaper balm, which contains beeswax.
Eco friendly packaging
In addition they use glass and metal containers rather than plastic. Their massage oil comes in 40% recycled glass, gift items are packed in bamboo, recycled paperboard boxes or tin and filled with recycled paper shred. You can send back five containers to them for recycling and you’ll be rewarded with a $15 gift certificate to spend on your next purchases!
Effective and safe
I’ve been using their lavender sugar body scrub and it’s absolutely wonderful! My skin feels pampered, smooth and glowing. Afterwards I’ve been applying their belly oil (ok, I don’t have a pregnancy belly at the moment, but you can use it anywhere, right?!) and that gets absorbed straight into my skin. The massage oil has a subtlel mandarin scent which is soothing and calming after a busy day.
Multi purpose products
You can use these products in many different ways, so don’t be put off that they are aimed at mothers and babies if you are or have neither of those! Diaper cream makes a great barrier cream for sore skin or gardeners hands. Massage oil can be used anywhere on the body, not just bums and bellies. Baby powder is great for applying to your skin after a swim, while the belly butter could even be used to tame frizzy hair. And with scents like eucalyptus and rosemary, these products are fab for guys too.
If you’re due a overhaul of your beauty products, be sure to add Naturity to your list of companies that are making a difference – to you and the planet!

I’m trying to make my own products rather than buy them. I’m doing pretty well but a lot of the recipes I have found online require ‘Castille Soap’ a natural soap substance in a liquid form – apparently widley available in the US but not easy to ship to us here in Monte. I just went for a quick trip to the UK and couldn’t find this stuff anywhere… Do you know of a UK equivalent that I can purchase online and get friends to bring out to me???? Any advice would be gratefully received…
@Den: Hi Den, we have liquid castille soap here; in a shop I go to once a week.
I can send it to you if you want to fill in a contact us form with your details and requirements. I’ll figure out the postage price and let you know the total – you can pay via paypal 🙂
